Through individual property entities, DAR invests in commercial real estate alongside high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. President and Founder David A. Waldman personally participates as a sponsor in each investment.

Qualified investors may participate in individual real estate opportunities through a Private Placement Memorandum (“PPM”), which outlines the investment terms and associated risks. Prospective investors must meet applicable suitability standards and qualify as accredited investors under Rule 501 of the Securities Act of 1933.
