Jim Lent serves as DAR’s Director of Property and Construction Management. Jim’s responsibilities include all day to day oversight of contract administration, loss prevention, repairs and maintenance, tenant and city/municipality relations, capital improvements, budgeting and financial responsibility for both tenants and properties for the David Adam Realty portfolio;

Additionally, Jim is a managing partner of the construction management division of David Adam Realty specializing in tenant retrofits, new construction, building modifications and specialty projects.

Jim brings over twenty years of experience in the construction and property management industry. Formerly a principal owner of a construction management firm primarily dealing in commercial office space, luxury homes and estates, he also has municipal expertise in operations, fiscal oversight and management of a 2 million square foot portfolio of municipal property.

Jim is a graduate of West Virginia University, with degrees in History, English and Public Relations.
