David Adam Realty Completes Record Year

David Adam Realty enjoyed an extremely productive 2004, and begins 2005 with sights sets even higher. The following are a few of the year's highlights.

David Waldman brokered the sale of 87 Post Road East, Westport, to his investment group, 87 Post Road East Associates, LLC, the former HUB Bank, for $4.2 million. Jim Randel of Rand Real Estate, Westport represented HUB Bank.

One Main Street Westport, a former DAR /One Main Street, LLC property, was sold for $11,950,000 to Win Properties of Greenwich. David Waldman represented the seller, Win Properties acted on their own behalf.

David Waldman sold an office building at 57 Wilton Road, Westport, CT on behalf of Waldman Associates to The Baron Group, Westport for $1.1 million.

DAR represented the landlord in this transaction and Caroline Banker of Douglas Elliman NYC represented the tenant.

Papyrus Stores at 178 Main Street, Westport
DAR represented the landlord in this transaction and Randy Baker of Harburg Masinter, TX represented the tenant.

LCR at Playhouse Square, Westport
DAR represented the tenant in this transaction and the landlord represented themselves.

Elegance at Playhouse Square, Westport
DAR represented the tenant in this transaction and the landlord represented themselves.

Jacadi at 24 Tyler Place, Westport
DAR represented the tenant in this transaction and Peter Hastings Jr. of John D. Hastings represented the owner.

Lucy's at 48 Post Road East, Westport
DAR represented the landlord and Debra Foehr of Star Commercial represented the tenant.

GIA & Co. at 125 Main Street, Westport
DAR represented the landlord and GIA & Co. represented themselves.

BCBG at 56-58 Main Street, Westport
DAR co-brokered with Iris Callie Co. and represented BCBG. David Fugitt of John D. Hastings represented the landlord.

Maggie Moos Ice Cream Treatery at Compo Shopping Center, Westport
DAR represented the landlord and Maggie Moos represented themselves.

SoNo Bakery at 99 Water Street in South Norwalk
DAR represented themselves as owner and the tenant was not represented.


2004 Office Transactions:

Ginsberg Development Company leased 5,600 square feet of office space at 100 Mill Plain Road in Danbury. Keith Fielding of Goodfellow Ashmore brought the tenant.

Catalyst Operations, Inc. leased 1,300 square feet at 100 Mill Plain Road, Danbury. The tenant was not represented.

First National Mortgage Company leased 1,950 square feet of office space at 29 Hanford Place in South Norwalk.
